Long hair badly damaged?

Hello,

I have relatively long hair and unfortunately it is very damaged, but I am also responsible for it. I haven't been to the hairdresser for a long time and now my hair is actually damaged everywhere, thin and very strawy because I dyed it myself very often. Do you have any tips on what I can do because it can't go on like this anymore.

I always go to the hairdresser and get a hair treatment and trimmed ends. The products from the drugstores promise a lot, but help little.

It's best to go to a hairdresser and get advice. He will safely treat it and/or give you care resources.

I think that the hairdresser just cuts it down and has to rebuild it again `?!

Bestn against damaged hair, restorative hair care series with keratin, plexen or similar active ingredients, gentle treatment of the hair, regular tip cutting and by reducing chemical processes such as coloring or bleaching often help. Shampoos: KMS Moistrepair - Moisture & Repair shampoo. ... Moroccanoil Moroccanoil - Moisture Repair Shampoo. ... Aveda botanical repair - strengthening shampoo. ... Kérastase Résistance - Bain Extentioniste. ... Revlon Professional uniq one - Conditioning ShampooMasks: Absolut Repair Golden” hair treatment from L'Oréal ProfessionnelNo. 8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask" by OlaplexThe Pure Algae Clay Mask" by Mermaid + Me

I'm afraid you'll have to cut off the damaged hair completely.
